Dealers
A convention is a prime opportunity to meet a targeted audience. Anyone wishing to sell goods of interest to fans of fantasy literature, media and games is welcome to book a table.
The location of the Dealers' Room will be decided based on demand and availability closer to the time, but will be on the ground floor in the midst of the programming areas. Note that the hotel has an odd layout whereby 'ground' is not the same floor as the main entrance, but there are lifts available.
Dealers
Dealer Table Details
Each Dealer Table includes the following:
- One 6ft table
- Two chairs
- Electrical power (by prior arrangement only)
- Logo in the Event Programme (if supplied no later than 30th April 2009)
- Unlimited inserts in attendees' Registration Packs
- Further advertising at 25% off regular rates
- One dealer membership, giving access to Dealers' Room and common areas only. Additional staff must purchase a full convention membership.
Pricing
- Commercial organisations : £30
- Registered charities and non-profits: £20
- Fan organisations (e.g. societies and conventions): Free
(Note: only in conjunction with convention membership) - Additional Tables (all dealer types): £15

In order to book a table, please complete the following form.
An invoice including full terms and conditions and details of how to make payment will be sent to you when your completed form is received. Please note that your table will not be guaranteed until payment is received.
